My husband and daughter had to finish my water as we never got refills after being there for close to 2 hours.
He never asked if we wanted more water or never checked on our how our food was. the kitchen hallway for a lot of that time as the rest of the staff was running around. We sat there for 45 minutes to wait for our food without him coming to check on us.
